I bought this as a gift for my friend. She is very pleased with the suction power, for how long the products tax, and the form to get under furniture. Sounds so good I want one for myself.

We bought the empty hand "2 months ago (February 09) and soon found himself (to us) surprisingly high. I thought getting used to… But I have not. Maybe it's just me (I wear a hearing aid), but I use it really hurt my ears. I take my hearing aid out (quite reasonable, right?) But I also put something in my ears to make it more usable for me.
If you have any type of hearing problem, or are simply sensitive to the (very) loud noises, I might consider another product.
